As artisans specializing in bespoke solid wood beds, luxury sofas, centre tables, chairs, and custom mattresses, we maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality. We treat the architectural details of your home and personal contact information with the exact same consideration we invest into our woodworking joinery.

Depending on how you interact with our brand, we collect only information that is strictly necessary to provide customized furniture consultations, quotations, and white-glove delivery:

Payment Information Notice: We do not store credit card credentials, debit card numbers, or online banking passwords on our servers. All bank wire transfers, UPI transfers, or point-of-sale card payments are processed directly through certified Indian banking gateways or authorized in-store terminals.

Your information is used exclusively for lawful business operations, including:

• Custom Design & Quotations: Generating bespoke estimates based on your preferred dimensions, timber species (such as seasoned teakwood or solid hardwoods), and textile grades.
• Workshop Fabrication Updates: Communicating craftsmanship milestones, timber seasoning, and upholstery stitching progress while your piece is being handcrafted in our New Delhi workshop.
• Delivery & Installation Coordination: Scheduling logistics teams for secure transit, entryway navigation, unboxing, and structural assembly.
• Customer Support & Aftercare: Providing maintenance guidelines for solid wood care, upholstery upkeep, and answering inquiries regarding your handcrafted pieces.
• Website Optimization: Monitoring aggregated, anonymized website performance via privacy-respecting analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to refine catalog browsing and mobile responsiveness.

Our primary consultation channel is WhatsApp (+91 98101 56202), enabling real-time sharing of catalog images, timber samples, high-definition finish videos, and custom quotations.

Physical copies of orders and delivery challans are kept securely within our administrative offices. Digital communications are protected with password-protected devices, encrypted backups, and multi-factor authentication.

We retain order records for the duration required to fulfill client orders and statutory recordkeeping mandates (typically up to 8 years under Indian tax regulations). Once this timeframe elapses, records are securely archived or purged.
