Welcome to Rajindra Furniture. By accessing our catalog at rajindrafurniture.com, submitting inquiries through our official WhatsApp concierge (+91 98101 56202), or confirming a bespoke commission at our store (B-2/A, Krishan Vihar, Kanjhawala Road, New Delhi – 110086), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are commissioning bespoke furnishings on behalf of an interior design firm, architectural studio, or commercial entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Our collections celebrate generational woodwork, architectural proportions, and genuine solid hardwoods (including seasoned Teak, hardwood frames, and sculptural timbers). Because solid wood is an authentic natural living material, every piece possesses distinctive characteristics:

• Natural Grain & Figure: Variations in grain texture, growth rings, swirls, mineral streaks, and knot formations are intrinsic to genuine timber. No two handcrafted slabs are ever identical; these variations are celebrated proofs of authenticity, not defects.
• Organic Movement: Solid wood breathes and naturally adjusts to surrounding environmental humidity and temperature. Minor dimensional expansion or contraction over seasonal cycles is normal for solid timber joinery.
• Handcrafted Tolerances: Because our furniture is built, sculpted, and upholstered by human artisan hands rather than automated mass-assembly conveyor belts, dimensional variations of up to ±0.5 to 1 inch fall within acceptable artisanal tolerances.
• Textile & Screen Calibration: Digital photographs, lighting conditions, and device screen calibrations can subtly alter perceived fabric undertones. We encourage visiting our Krishan Vihar store or requesting high-definition video swatches to inspect textures firsthand.

All catalog pieces can be customized according to your space, including dimensions (width, depth, backrest height), timber polish (natural matte, dark walnut, honey teak, ebony), and fabric grade (performance velvet, textured bouclé, linen, jacquard, or leatherette):

• Quote Validity: Price quotations provided via WhatsApp or written estimate remain valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance, subject to timber market availability and upholstery yardage costs.
• Specification Approval: Prior to commencing workshop production, a comprehensive specification summary (dimensions, timber selection, fabric codes, and cushion firmness) is shared for client sign-off via WhatsApp or written invoice.
• Taxes & Statutory Duties: Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) is clearly indicated on tax invoices.

Because bespoke furniture requires dedicating raw seasoned timber and custom textile rolls specifically for your order:

• Advance Deposit: Fabrication commences strictly upon receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 50% of the total order value, or as mutually agreed in writing for specialized architectural commissions).
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable upon completion of workshop crafting, prior to dispatch or upon delivery inspection in Delhi NCR as specified in your order agreement.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Direct bank account transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI transfers, or in-person payment at our Krishan Vihar atelier.

Master woodcrafting requires meticulous drying, joinery fitting, hand-sanding, multi-layer lacquering, and precision tailoring.

• Production Timelines: Standard fabrication lead time is typically 2 to 4 weeks, depending on order size, carving complexity, and specialized fabric sourcing. Estimated timelines are provided during quotation.
• Site Access Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that doorways, stairwells, service elevators, hallways, and turning angles are sufficiently large to permit transit of oversized items (such as 3-seater sofas, king-size headboards, and solid stone centre tables).
• White-Glove Delivery in Delhi NCR: Our dedicated delivery personnel transport, unwrap, assemble, and position furnishings in your designated room, removing protective packaging materials.
• National Shipping: For deliveries outside Delhi NCR, goods are crated in protective wooden framing and shipped via insured freight carriers.

We take immense pride in crafting pieces built to your exact specifications:

• Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Because each piece is cut to custom dimensions and upholstered in your chosen fabric, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once timber cutting or fabric tailoring has commenced.
• Delivery Inspection: Clients must inspect all pieces upon delivery. In the rare event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect, the issue must be documented on the delivery receipt and reported to our concierge within 24 hours.
• Defect Rectification: If any verified manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery, Rajindra Furniture will promptly repair, realign, or replace the defective component at our sole expense.
• Design Modifications: Any structural or textile changes requested after work has commenced may incur additional charges and will extend the estimated delivery schedule.

All content published on rajindrafurniture.com—including product photography, bespoke furniture silhouettes, editorial texts, graphics, brand marks, and logo assets ("RAJINDRA")—is the exclusive intellectual property of Rajindra Furniture and/or its creators.

Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, commercial redistribution, or deceptive mirroring of our designs, catalog imagery, or descriptive specifications without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright Law.

These Terms of Service and all transactions undertaken with Rajindra Furniture shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, product commissions, or deliveries shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi, India.
